According to "TOKENS AND MEDALS" by Alpert and Elman, 1st edition, 1992, these were used in the 1920's & 1930's and are worth from $1 - $2.50.

worth $1-$2.50 to the "NORMAL" guy but to us nuts who search for and dig them up.........PRICELESS.....lol
