The WI Book shows this one - the business was at that address 1921-1985. The "phone 32" is from the pre-dial telephone system, generally pre 1950. Also, at least in the west, cigar prices were pretty standard. A "good" cigar (oximoron if I ever heard one) was 12-1/2 cents or two for a quarter. The "cheap" cigars or stogies were 5 cents each. Same sort of thing on drinks - a whiskey drink was 12-1/2 cents and a beer was a nickel. So if you bought a good cigar or whiskey drink and paid for it with a quarter, you would get a dime and a 2-1/2 cent token in change. John in ID
