it is an r-10 lumber token. condition is bad. they are out there in better condition but still valuable. i would say minimum $25 and possibly if you found a collector that didn't have one they might pay up to $80. condition is premium in lumber tokens.

There was a Montezuma Lumber Co. store located in McPhee, Colorado. "The company store carried a variety of products including dry goods, hardware, meats and produce, accepting both cash and company scrip. Employees were charged cost plus 10 percent on most merchandise."
