Question on Railroad token 1/2 cord MS & NI RR

My buddy found this old token which I believe is from the Michigan Southern & Northern Indiana railroad. From my reasearch I found that this road became the LS & MS in 1869. does that mean this token in pre 1869? Does the 46 stampped on it mean it was from locomotive number 46? Does anyone know what the E & N Division was? Any ideas on value? thanks

Wood burning engines could go only so far on the supply of wood they carried. Local suppliers along the route would receive these tokens (redeemable at RxR company stores) once they provided a certain amount of wood to the engineer; in this case, '1/2 cord'. E and N stood for Eastern and Northern.
Yes, the '36' is the engine number and the engine was called "Ontario"
Your token is of the period: 1863-1869.
Your token is noted in 4th edition Rulau (p. 690) Copper, 25mm and valued at $100 in F, $125 in VF and $150 in EF.
