this is in the lumber book. at Laclede, ID. note in book says--" A.C. White operated a mill at Dover, cutting primarily lath and moldings. The above pieces (like yours) were used at Laclede, about 5 miles SW of Dover, ID, which see." not sure why it ended with "which see."
there are only the .05¢ & .10¢ at Laclede listed. they are rated R-4 out of 10.
there are multiple denominations listed for similar ones at Dover, ID. one series is 1914 ingle system reverse. the other has Dover, IDA. on the obverse, with similar reverse as yours.
note at Dover says "Company was operating in 1924 and sold in 1930. Operated in Sand Point in 1909". likely not have used tokens at sand point.
