This stuff was actually dug Sat. And Sun. I put on my headlamp after my wife hit the sack at about midnight Friday night and hunted in my yard and the neighbors until 4:45 a.m. Found the little antique locket, 1946 dog tax tag,one of prettiest little Indians I've ever seen dug, the GAR button, the all brass cartridge, the what's it, and the assorted picture next door, and the barber dime in my own yard. The other stuff was found Sun. At a recreation area that was popular from about 1880-1910. Missing is another barber dime(1906) that I found 30 or so feet from the civil war tags, I gave that barber to the property owner. The old toy revolver ( thought I had the real mc coy for a minute ) was dug at the rec. area too. Also found a little a little antique brooch near the tags. If anyone looking knows if the CW tags are military issue, GAR, or from some other fraternal CW organization I'd be grateful for the info. Thanks and good luck to all! The CW tags read: 1rst tag "CO.A", the 2nd "55", the third "ILLiNOIS", the fourth "VOL. INF.".

I'm not an expert, but feel that they are G.A.R.
You should post this on the Today's Finds, will get a better response.
Tokens are the redheaded stepchild of the detecting business.
