Some history:
Serafina (Sadie) M. Salamack, deceased, was a Lewiston resident and retired glove maker. She was born Sept. 2, 1902, at Gloversville, N.Y., to Joseph and Eva Malik Ralbovsky. In 1904 she moved to Johnstown, N.Y., where she attended school through the fifth grade and then went to work knitting gloves in a knitting mill. She later was employed sewing leather gloves.

She married Joseph George Salamack in February 1928 at Johnstown.
From 1950 until 1955 she and her husband owned and operated the Green Tavern in Johnstown. She then returned to making gloves until retiring in 1973.
Her husband died May 23, 1973.

Nice find and nice attribution, Don. I don't see that your image made it to tokencatalog. Now that I re-read your note, maybe you just sent the image to Richard Greever, the proprietor of tokencatalog for him to post. Is that right? And, Don - can you add your attribution or would you like me to do it?
