Found these 2 items today in an internal coin counter reject bin, apprecriate any help with ID and/or history.

The J.C MINING CO tag has an incuse '69' with some type of overstamp on it, the back has an incuse '82'. It is 36.1 mm in diameter, appears to be brass.

The obverse of the token says "Havana Holiday", "1953", and "APRIL-MAY-JUNE" at the top. The reverse has "FORD" in small letters in the center.
This token is 32.9 mm in diameter with a brass finish.

The IKE dollar is shown for size reference, you can see the tag is just slightly smaller diameter than the dollar coin, the token is slightly larger diameter than a half dollar but smaller than the Ike.

Thanks for the link, interesting reading. The JC Shepherd Mining Company was into zinc mining in Rush Camp Arkansas (presumably near the now ghost town of Rush). Here's a link to history of that area. Apparently zinc mining declined after WWI. There sure are a lot of areas of the country that had past mining activity

I don't know if this tag is from that company, but it's plausible.
