I believe this is an advertising token for the Hotel Nevada in Las Vegas, Nevada. I don' see any denomination on it, so, I don't think it's a casino token. It was taco'd and mangled when I found it at a fairly old site. I straightened it a bit so I could try and see what it actually was. Made of aluminum, many of the characters on it are corroded away, but, some are still readable. Other than Hotel Nevada and Las Vegas on the one side, very little else can be made out except for the building details. The other side has the statement "Hot & Cold running water in bath rooms" Since the Hotel Nevada started in 1905, that was probably a good selling point back then! 
Another area starts out "Modern & ?" In the upper left it starts "Reinfor" It's hard to make out much else except for a letter or two. Octagon shape and 1 3/8" across the flats. I'd sure like to see one in good condition! Any info and value would be appreciated. Just looked it over a bit more.....maybe a fob?
