It looks like An aluminum token. In my area the were popular 1900-1920. Nice find

CD stands for City Directory (sorry). 1950 was the earliest I saw a listing at this address for Delaine Tap.

In 1934, Stanislaw Szewczyk is listed, retail beer & ale. 1935-1937, Stephen Sefsick is listed, retail liquors. In the 1943-1947 city directories, Raymond A. Arpin is listed, retail liquors. 1948 has Anthony J. Deluca, retail liquors.
Whether these were called the Delaine Tap, I don't know, but it's possible.
