i used a 4 inch clamp ( and cut the two ends off ) , two 10 inch pieces of a hollow broomstick (for a tight fit ) , my girlfriend was not amused , ha,ha
and 2 rubber end caps of a old quitar stand.

the total weight is 5 ounces.

you can put it in your finds pouch or store it with a rubber band on your armrest

(tomorrow , i make the tubes slightly shorter at 8 inches)

Great idea! I have an old shower rod that already has the end caps which might work.
