Made this for my shovel/ knife. Works great and Is made of real old leather and rivets.

Got the shovel at Canadian tire ( fiskars multi-purpose planting tool). Doesn't break like all the rest.

Nice, but I think I would have made something to cover them points! I own one of them diggers I got from wally world. Them points are sharp! Be careful!

Left the bottom open so it don't get packed with mud it's dull from use also.

You might want to evaluate what could happen if you fell on it. The risk of being impaled or cut could be more than you want to take a chance on especially if out in the sticks by yourself.

The way it hangs on my belt it's impossible to poke myself. I don't run with shovels lol thx for the concern. :) I tested it well

Well I see your point. I don't do a lot of running these days myself........ at 65 yrs. old.
