NiCad technology can be restored with low current AC. Nickel Metal Hydride cannot. (although those voktages seem reasonable enough that they should take a charge)

Yes,Thanks for the Reply.I got one to come up to12.02V hot off the Charger. Then it seems to settle around 11.11?..Right now I have the Machine apart for Spring Cleaning,so I haven't stuck the Pack in to see what it reads on the Charge Graph, on the Screen. The other Pack wouldn't come up to Snuff,so I've got it opened up and will replace the old Rechargeables with new.I've asked around if anyone had Posted a good "How To"on Soldering in these new Bats but no one has responded yet, like I said in one of my Posts, living here in the Highlands of Panama,EVERYTHING is a Major effort. And my only source of Knowledge are you Guys. So,if I replace the Rechargables with the same Rated Bats(1500mAh) my old Minelab Charger will do the Job? and at the same rate of Charging Time? Enough for now.Ken
