Hey everyone! I've had the pleasure of being Freeloader's Guinea pig for his pouch development. It has been a great time having to go metal detecting in order to test this great item and put it through its ringers. Monday was the first real trip to put it to the test and I was impressed! First it fits everything I carry to go hunting... My small hand held digging tool for great inside and didn't fall out or pull down on my waist as it was hanging there... The holder for my pinpointer fit great and didn't pull down on the front and was easily accessible when I needed it. The tie down is handy because I have a tendency to leav stuff laying on the ground. The zipper pocket in the front kept me from loosing my keys on this trip! The large main pocket is great for holding just about anything when picking up trash that is found and things like that. And the small pocket on the back side is perfect for holding all my many discovered treasures! All in all I had a great time with this pouch and honestly I've looked all over for a pouch that is made with quality materials and this many different amenities. I challenge anyone to find on made better than this.

Can you make a backpack for a collapsible detector like the Deus? Some company used to make these but they are no longer offered. I bet if you could pull it off you would have a lot of interest in the XP community.

I could do one like that. would take some time and I would need a deus to get the measurements. I probably wouldn't put molle all over it though, id rather put pockets.

If I lived in your state I would bring my Deus to you. I like the molle because it allows you to customize the size and location of external pouches.

no doubt it's nice, just a pain to sew.

Found a couple new pouches in my mail the other day and all I can say is WOW! I have to keep them packaged up till Christmas. :icon_thumleft:

Thank you again, they will be great additions to my sons and my detecting arsenal.

Made some smaller ones. These are perfect for the park when I'm not digging up big stuff .
