Does anyone use mapping software or any apps to keep track of their metal detecting?
I use GPS to annotate when i find special items--- now i am trying to find a way to track fields and areas detected.
This is from Map my Walk today.

Anyone use anything special?

I use Android, Backcountry Navigator, record a track, mark the waypoints, export .kml, import to Google Earth

The combination is an inceedible useful set of tools for various things.
