so after a few years and a few different carry bags. i just wanted one that was a semi-hard case, with enough pockets to carry my gear and then some. the garrett bag was about as close as i could get to what i was looking for, but it lacked much fall protection.
my employer offers up some wal-mart gift cards for our birthdays of $35.this month it was my turn. I imediately knew what i was going to do with it.
i hit the 'clearance' isle, and got my 3 materials:
12ft x 3ft. mossy oak camo burlap = $7
1- fleece blanket = $2
1- pack of gorilla hot glue $8
1-can of 3m fabric adhesive= $7
+ 1 trip to the local furniture store for a heavy duty cardboard box.
i really like how it turned out. it took about 3 hours to get it all together. and it meets all my needs. hope u all like it too! 20180320_142000.jpg 20180320_142110.jpg 20180320_142226.jpg 20180320_142240.jpg
