Any one would know that an unopened box of anything is worth more then if the box is open.. same holds true to plastic models.. yet companies like Revell are actually reproducing cars from the past.. it's a dying hobby.. not many are willing to take the time to hand craft these cars, tucks and planes. Me?.. I use to and enjoy every minute of it.. Today.. I can no longer hold the paint brush or dab the glue.. I was so good at it.. that in high school I would make dioramas just for extra credit.. In my home town, I know a guy who's house is full of model cars.. some he's finished while others he didn't.. But his living room is like a shrine to his hobby.. old cars from the 50's model gas stations etc.. They just don't make them like they use to.
