Check out this little seal. Measures around 7.5 Inches, glass eyes and nose, appears to be crafted from sealskin. Anyone ever seen one of these, I would love to know some history.

I was able to answer my own question thru a site on tonka might dump trucks its a 1970.. Thru tire and decal indentification
