Kentucky Bill back again for 2009

The KY permit bill is back again. Same as has been the last few years.

For those new to this one or need a recap. Don't let the title about cemeteries and human remains mislead you.

    Go to this link. http://www.lrc.ky.gov/record/09RS/HB114.htm

Read the first sentence. That is the important part. Then click on HB114 in the titile line with "R. Meeks". That will take you to the full text of the bill.

Scroll down to section 2 number 1. You will see the clear intention of this bill. Nothing in this portion mentions cemeteries or human remains. It is an assault on private property.

A little further down this forum you will see it listed from 2008.

If you live in KY it's time to start contacting your representatives.

The bill is actually a House bill.

Here is a link for emailing a house member.
