Rules database for various jurisdictions?

Hi all,

Some of you may have seen my other post in this area about "stupid Oregon policies." I'm looking for a website that might have the rules for the following:

National forests
Bureau of Land Management
Army Corps of Engineers
States
Counties
Cities

Is there a database out there that permits us to learn and compare the metal detecting rules for all these different jurisdictions? If you know of one, could you please post it here?
