Urgetn help needed on Washington State Metal Detecting Bill

I am posting this for the below named individual.

    Hi Everyone,

My name is Lyle Thomas. I am Northwest Chapter President of the Federation of Metal detectorists & Archeologists Club. This is a National Organization whose goals are to promote, protect, and preserve the hobby of metal detecting.
The northwest chapter of FMDAC and metal detecting association of Washington have submitted a bill to state Senator Shelton to open all state parks to metal detecting. The Senator supports it and has asked Senator Jacobsen to read bill 5205 into committee. Senator Jacobsen has stated that he does not want to hear about it.
I am asking that you contact Senator Jacobsen to let him know that you are a metal detectorists and you want the bill read into committee.
Also, would you please contact as many detectorists as you know and ask that they contact Senator Jacobsen as well.

    email: Jacobsen.Ken@leg.wa.gov
    Phone: 1-360-786-7690

Here is a link to senate bill 5205.
