FYI for BLM

I Thought I would comment on something I heard about BLM here in Central Oregon. It seams that BLM's letting people that lease BLM land to fence off the property. Take for instance my dad and I were going on a rockhounding trip near Hampton butte (East 20-30mi of Brothers) we had been there a few year earlier and no fences , but on this trip (about 2 years ago) it was all fence off . Also along the same Hwy (hwy20) there use to be about a dozen places you could rockhound now there all fence of and posted private Property . For which I remember BLM is not it's public land. What do I pay my taxes for if I can't enjoy going out and using the land god gave use. and in closed I'd like to see the law on MDing and other hobbies that are simallar be more lax and try to trust use more if we show them that we can and they can both profit greatlly.
