    how do you buy these, walk into a bank and ask for old coin rolls or are they just regular rolls at the teller, and you hope for silver??

    yes ask the teller for rolls of dimes or anything else and you hope for silver

    better to do it at banks? what about a retail establishment ie; Home Depot, Walmart,etc.??
