While minding my own business on my own property I was accosted by my crazy neighbor. He was very upset and spewing spittle because I was looking for a property marker (iron pin buried in the ground) that is the boundary of our properties. I never left my own property and was just scratching around along the fence. He called the police on poor ol' Chigg!
