Perhaps it might be in your best interest to cut a deal with a company with Odyssey. Shipwreck Salvage is becoming more expensive and more tied up in the court as more countries ratify UNESCO agreement of shipwrecks.

Depending where they are and what they are carrying with be the selling point for any comerical operation.
