Sarasota family looking for local folklore to chase after

My kids really want to hunt down some local legends. If anyone has any good old stories of caches, wrecks or such, we can research and hunt drop me a line! The kids love to get out and fish and MD the beaches but it's always a plus to chase an old story.

You might also consider browsing Sub-Forums: Florida for information (i.e., clubs, hunts, finds, legends, maps, etc.) directly related to your state.
