I Believe "Judge Lynch" was Used on Purpose, Meaning they'll Most Likely Be Lynched Before Getting to Trial.

aka "Swift Work by Judge Lynch"

allot of these Old Day Newspaper Reporters Had a Poetic way of Saying things.
