I will have you know...

There is more to the story... as well as the location of his "camp" / "homestead" has been disputed for eons.

BTW... he was close to Juan Gomez (panther john) I have heard in old lore's.

Juan as legend had it... found and lived off a treasure of gold doubloons... and was said to have been the longest living men of his time.

There is a "copper plate" that holds the EXACT location of a reburied pirate loot.

Information on this plate is out there and has been a puzzle YET to be deciphered.

Engraved on the copper chart is the following:

O-X-NXW 1/4 W - VER-VAR LEGUA 1/10 O-X-SWXW - VER-VAR HASTA X

Whoever deciphers this chart correctly will be a few million dollars richer. This is one of the most interesting pirate treasures in Florida."

So there it is guys & gals... decipher the above passage and you might be the one to find a long lost treasure
