Has anyone ever heard the tale of the Russian princess who had fallen in love with the beautiful Na Pali coast? From what I remember the story was that she had a cabin built deep inside one of the valleys along the trail going to Kalalau Valley. This was way before Hawaii became a U.S. state obviously. Someone said that there was a rumor she had left some buried treasure behind. A lot of people said a lot of things on Kauai, most of which were psychedelic drug induced fantasies. But I always wondered if there was any truth to the story.
