Man, lived in Springfield for 4 years and had no idea about all the legends.

Yeah, I lived in Springfield for 6 years while attending college... and there are a whole slew of treasure stories.
It's just hard to validate "stories" from "truth"
But there are definitely many leads to start a person off in & around the Springfield area!
