A quick few hours of research shows a Francis Robinson living with her three sisters (Mary, Catherine, and Susan) in 1880. All post 50 years of age, and all still using the name Robinson (non-widows?).
Catherine A Robinson died in 1893, leaving some of her estate to Francis C. Maybe this was the sister.
Francis C died in sept. of '06, matching the news clipping.

I found property in 1873 map owned by Misses Robinson. Later maps show "Miss" Robinson. May be a typo, or relates to ownership change due to inhertance.

Unfortunately, if this is all correct, this is the location. Not one I'm going door knocking on (but that field on the north side may have been a side yard???):

I take that back. maybe I will door knock. Dr. Getty's house is still there. Built in 1799.
