Not a misspelling. Gillton is now known as Warren. Located between St Helens and Scappoose.

Finally time for coffee.

galenrog,
Right you are !
Warren post office was established on February 19, 1885. James Gill, later a resident of Newberg, named the place for his old stomping grounds, Warren, Massachusetts. In 1888, the post office was discontinued, and when it was reestablished two years later it was named Gillton, for Gill. This was due to the fact that there was another post office called Warren in Umatilla County. In 1902, the post office in Umatilla County was discontinued and in July 1895, Gillton, Columbia County, was changed to Warren again.
