Just a suggestion... run the name through ancestry.com (usually free at the library). There is also a Mormon Church website for guests. You might be able to connect the name with a location. If nothing else, you might get lucky and have a starting point.

I have references to a Joe Fracker treasure in Pennsylvania. Sources are:

Penfields' Directory of Lost, Sunken or Buried Treasures of the U.S., p. 109
Terry's Treasure Map Atlas, p. 113
Western Treasures magazine, April, 1981, p. 16
Marx' Buried Treasures of the United States, p. 313

I have no references to a Frack or Fracke, but I don't live in PA either.
