Looking to get my feet wet

Hello everyone,
fairly new to this forum, consider this my introductory post. I'll keep it short and sweet. I'm interested on tagging along on an expedition looking for anything really. I know nothing about treasure hunting and I'd sincerely like to change that. I've always had the desire but don't know where to begin. If anyone needs an extra body to help swing a pick or work a shovel (or spend the money) you can reach me here.

I live in Montana, I can get equipment no experience though, I can travel anywhere , and I'm a dog kinda guy haha.
