Captain Kidds Treasure

Hello,

Does anyone out there know what happened to Richard Knight and his search for Captain Kidds Treasure? Was Captain Kidds treasure ever fully recovered from that island in the South China Sea? Richard Knight if any of you dont know claimed to have found Captain Kidds in a book about the subject that came out in the late 80s. Also, has anyone out there ever gone in search of Kidds treasure themselves?

Not quite sure what happened to him and his search. Not much out there in the form of information. Not like someone like him would speak much about the subject to begin with. I've been working on a little project of my own concerning Kidd's famed island. Good luck finding the info you are looking for!
