Shaped Rock at my Dairy Queen........

This rock has been sitting outside our local Dairy Queen for decades. I always wondered what the heck it was for. What do you guys think?

It may have been a marker of some kind at one time.
After it was moved it became landscaping.
It is worthless to a chaser of Spanish signs as such.
