I have not personally been to this site. It appears to have a "barrier" in place in the lower part of the photograph. If it is a public viewing area there should be public knowledge available. I would study that first and if legal to explore then proceed.

That's actually a train. This is near a state park in NM, but that deosn't help me with too much.

The second...
One of the turtle kings people. I see them here and there.. turtle or monkey anamorphic figures I call them the turtle kings people because the first one i saw..was a turtle head with a rayed star crown. Well at least that what it looks like to me.


Meaning unknown...

The first looks like robes doesn't it!
