    Spanish Alpha monument or Phonecian?

I saw this phallic shaped symbol from the road. There seems to be a "p" made from straight lines on the monument. There is a "legend" of a very valuable Spanish mine in the area. This is also a very mineralized area full of mines. Could already have been found and worked. Thought this project would be interesting as I saw a bird monument to the north west on top of a ridge. There appears to be a whole lot of information in this area. I will do an exhaustive search of the area, and post more and better pictures later.
