Goldback, in case you were wondering, I think you definitely have something going on here. And the way that you take your pictures, indicate you have an idea of how to look at things imho. . Go for it! Congrats!

PS...is that round face on the end of that formation up top grafitti?

Thanks, I plan on doing some investigative work very soon.

p.s.- pics #5 and #6 are the location where the head is looking, one at normal distance and the other zoomed in.

Nice. That meadow looks like a nice place for a campground. Flat..must be water around or was water around the way it is greened up.

I guess one thing I would do is go to the white rock and check what can be seen in different primary compass directions. Just to see if anything provided illumination.

But on pic 6 looks like one of those rocks back there is modified. And either a tree blaze, or a sign posted on the tree there.

The white stone in pic #11 is the textbook eyecatcher.
The Spanish used to haul those large white stones for miles and miles,
just for the odd chance they wouldn't be able to find a white stone to use.

I have encountered a reverse type eyecatcher that was a very dark stone or a dark red stone on a white background.

    Desertmoons,

Are you talking about that smiley face type image up high. If that's the one your talking about, I've seen one just like it. It looks like those stickers they used to give to the kids when you went into Walmart. The one I've seen is up high and whoever put it there would have to rapelle down to the spot. I figured it was just some climber having some fun but it only looks like this image when you are standing in one small area. If you move out of that area the face kind of disolves. That's the only word I can think of to describe it. It's wierd.

Yes thats the one i mean. Dissolving...hehehe welcome to the world of morph. You will see it a lot in trying to winnow out signs versus natural. Over time your eye will get trained. That face may have 2 or 3 triangles on top of it. I am not seeing a sign or two i half expected to see, relating to campgrounds. Like a 7.

If you feel like it email me your biggest version of 100-119 and 100-0129. I will see what i can see but it may take a week or two.

    Best Regards
