The Devil You Say???

I wanted to post a few pictures of the devil, as I was told by someone else on this forum that there are no devils carved in the field. Please post some more if you have them. I will post more later. lovnit

Very interesting, lovnit. Be advised that there are gargoyles out and about, too. They're not that common, but they ARE there. I've spotted and marked one in at least 2 different photos over the last 12 months.

I forgot to mention the stone carving of an alien head in one person's photo. He thought it was a pointer until I marked it and pointed out the large, slanted eyes and slitted mouth. You can see the posts on Old Dog's thread. They were posted sometime last year. This is NOT a joke. I downloaded a copy of the pic because of it's uniqueness, but I'm a little leary about posting it because it belongs to another member and I don't have his permission to post it. It's a character thing.

I saw that picture a long time ago and I remember the conversation about it. I saw something completely different than you guys did. As I recall it was a couple markers on top of one another. lovnit

That alien head was a single piece of stone.

I was just looking through the back posts but alot have been deleted to save room,after looking, all but the first page is gone on alot of the posts from that time period. I would love to mark what I saw on it for you if its the same one I am thinking of.I understand that you want to honor the trust and thats very cool by me.lovnit

For anyone to make a statement that there is "no ........." in the field is a very broad statement. Must be one of the most authoritive humans on planet earth. Way above my primitive, humble abilities.
On the other hand I have personally seen carvings, altered rocks, etc. that appear to me to represent the Devil. Maybe I do not know what the "hell" I am talking about but here is a one of several I have taken pics of that appear Devilish to me. (Posted it prior on Twisted Forks thread)

perhaps you are right,.... the way I see it is something like this. (ddang the older I get the harder it is to draw the lines.)

There may be a double head to the right of the circled indicating trail changes direction, follow both directions,

DTTH I can definitly relate to the feeling of not feeling comfortable in an area, the first pic I put up here was one of those areas for me.
