    treasure mark?
hmmmm not sure . what on earth is that rock ?
    is it by the coast?
one of those marks almost looks like it could be a representation of the Phoenician goddess Tanit in glyph form .
but you might have to give up a little history of the area it was found in to determine just what it is.
it looks like a core drill sample .LOL
hard to say from just a picture . are there any more cylindrical/tube shaped rocks in the area?

My first thought on this is "sundial" base. If you draw a line through those 2 holes / divits, would it be the compass heading for a sundial pointer?

    Welcome to Treasurenet Medhi,
Doesnt appear to be treasure related, this object looks more utilitarian in nature, like part of a column, or grinding stone, perhaps..
the circle with a dot, is probably what you were thinking of..and yes that was used originally as the symbol of the Sun. later other cultures used the sun sign to mean gold...ie in the days of Alchemy, it meant Sol or Gold...this was not used by the modern codemakers as a sign for gold. [spanish or jesuit]
    hope this helps
