bear symbol question

hello everyone here, sorry no pick. does this sign bear sign mean it is looking at death trap and trap is put next to or very close to treasure and what distance normally is it from bear to d/t. need to know only me and dog. i will try to take some pictures when the time is ok. thanks for all who answers.

It has been my experience that if it just a head means its looking at something in that direction, if its a profile of something then its a trail marker that goes both ways, what ever it is then it gives information as to what to look for or other useful information
