Tree Marking

I come across trees with carvings on them here and there in the woods of Arkansas. Here is one that is about to fall down. Its a large beech tree with a carving of a snake and three circles. The circles match three knobs that boarder the ridge the tree is located on. Its in an area long Big Piney Creek.

Its some modern graffiti. There are other trees in the area with markings on them. I will dig through my pictures and post some more up.
