Hey Hunters I'm needing help trying Id the markings I happen to see on a tree trunk while detecting that I can't quite read or understand. Any input would be greatly greatly appreciated as this site is literally a stone's throw away from my house. Any questions I'll answer to help along my quest in squashing this clueless curiosity. I don't know if it's clues or just random doings. I'm in the fall creek falls state park Tennessee area. The park is about a half mile from this site

This is different than what we usually see. Usually a tree with smooth bark is chosen to do the carvings on. Is there anything else in the area? I'd try to get a picture where you are straight in line and level with the carvings.
