200 year old Ch'ing Dynasty Coin found at historic southern home-site

Check it out! Found it this past weekend using the XP Deus in Deus Fast with Disc on 10 and frequency on 12khz.

The coin on the left is Shan Lung. The coin on the right is Ch'ien Lung. I believe the coin in the video is clearly Ch'ien Lung, not Shan Lung. The key difference is in the very base of the coin. Note what appears to be two "Ws" at that location on the left coin, but only a straight line on the coin on the right side.

Thanks for the info, I was going back and forth on that myself but needed a second opinion and i think your correct it is a Chien Lung instead of Shan Lung. Well, that is good and bad...lol, the good is that the Chien Lung is actually older which could possibly make this find a 250 year old coin! and the bad is the Shan Lung is more rare since it was only made for a few years. But, anyways thank you for pointing that out to me. Ed

Most of the Chinese coins I see here on TN have either this reverse ("The Fountainhead of the Currency" coin):

Just out of curiously, what metal are these coins made from?

Traditionally, Chinese cash coins were cast in copper, brass or iron.
In the mid-19th century, the coins were made of 3 parts copper and 2 parts lead.

I have researched this and some say Copper and some say Cast Brass.
