It is sad that these men have probably perished in search of what we all desire "the find of a lifetime"

They didn't leave any type of way to track them from the vehicle and that could be the fatal mistake.

We all need to be reminded from this that it could go wrong so we need to be prepared if it does go wrong.

There is a bit of risk involved in treasure hunting, but in this case they could have easily minimized it by bringing a cell phone. That was a foolish mistake.

I understand the obsession though. I hope they're alright. Live the dream, boys and girls, live the dream. Just remember to take safety precautions.
