From BBC News: Should shipwrecks be left in place, or plundered?

    Enjoy!

KC, shipwrecks should not be "plundered" but they should definitely be excavated and preserved as soon as possible. "In situ" preservation is rediculous and does not work. Eventually the wreck and all its treasure will disappear forever! They say 100 years from now the Titanic will be nothing but a rusty spot on the sea floor.
