Has anyone heard aything about a Storage Wars auction buyer finding a Pirates CHest with 500k gold inside?

It appears the locker was owned by an elderly woman that passed away.

I am not a rich person, in fact very far from it, LOL so I suppose that drives my thinking... I love the storage wars show, but I just could not bring myself to drop a G or two on an unknown.... kind of like going to vegas I suppose, but with my luck I would get a whole locker full of used socks and jocks from a football team... My favorite auctions are the estate auctions at ranches and farms out in the middle of nowhere, better on cold days when fewer rookies show up. Those can be awesome! My cousin picked up a 96 peterbuilt sleeper with 80k miles for 4k since it would not start... an extension cord and a couple cups of coffee while the block heater did its thing and it fired right over!

me and my wife are thinking about doing the storage auctions
once we get on our feet a bit better and hope to find some goodies.
Your cousin did great with that Peterbuilt !!!
