BERLIN (AP) — Attention all passengers: could the person who left a stash of gold bars and a pile of banknotes in the luggage deposit at Cologne's main railway station kindly contact German police?

Whoever the owner is shouldn't leave it too much longer. Police say that if nobody comes forward, the stash will be sold.

Sorry to disappoint you but, the truth is these are probably Chinese Counterfiet gold bars. They sell them on Alibaba, they make great decorations.

I mean, think about it; if you found this would you call the police or just take it? I think the latter. The german's are nearly bankrupt and they are finacially unstable like the rest of the European Union. Noone's claiming nothing, they staged this on purpose. 90 days from now not a single person comes forward, and they unload the fake gold bars to some unfortunate citizen.
