Wish I could find a Emerald deposit some day. I have found green peridot back when I did a lot of prospecting in my younger days. Far as I know no reference was ever written on the area as a location to find such a mineral. The crystals were in the gas bubbles of an ancient olivine igneous rock deposit, but none that I was finding had and sizable crystal. Still I've always felt some gem quality specimens could possibly be discovered with some digging.
